1) How long does it take for my order to be made?
All pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise. Production takes 4–6 weeks not including the time it takes to be shipped. Shipping times will depend on your location and a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

2) How do I know what size I am?
All items are unisex. Each product page includes a size chart. Order true to size or size up for an oversized fit.

3) Can I change my size or design after ordering?
Yes—changes are allowed within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, no further changes can be made.

4) Are refunds allowed?
No. Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6) How do I preserve the quality of my garment?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

7) Do you remake collections?
Most collections are limited runs chosen at the time of release. Many designs will not be remade, which makes them special.

8) Do you accept custom orders?
Yes—seasonally, centered around graduation and homecoming. Openings are announced on the site and socials. If customs are closed, I’m focused on a bigger release.
